*can't be uses in projects that loonya wouldn't agree with (no anti-lgbtq+, racism, ect)

*can be modified, and used for personal projects, and commercial

*must be credited to loonya, also linking https://nyacat.moe

*if it is art, commissioned/owned by loonya, you must creadit the original artest
    *make sure you are also following the artest's rules as well

*if it is software related (this includes video game mapping, websites, and ect), you must stick the loonya lynx somewhere in the project
